Marina Rules
The following Marina Rules are intended to make your marina a better place to keep your boat.They will be strictly enforced.
- Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 pm until 7:00am
- Docks must be kept free of any personal property (bikes, etc.), unless the property is on the finger pier and not in the way of your fellow boater.
- Keep boat, dock lines, and fenders free of mold and mildew.
- Pets will be kept on a leash at all times except while on your vessel.Also, please clean up behind your pets.
- All repairs companies must register with the dock master before doing any work on a vessel.
- Only minor repairs will be allowed at the facility.
- Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- No smoking allowed in Marina Office or Captain’s Lounge.
- No pets allowed in the Marina Office or Captain’s Lounge.
- Any large cookouts need to be approved by the Dock master.
- The following are prohibited on the docks: bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, fishing, swimming, fireworks, and loud music.
- Vessels are to be moored in proper fashion.Make sure lines are the proper size for your vessel.
- Slough available for major repairs.
- Do not throw food around the captain’s lounge for your pets to eat and for other pets to get into.
- Reminder the Captain’s Lounge is for all boaters so please be kind to your fellow boaters and share.
- Do not leave Dock Carts at your vessel.
- Tag your property that is stored, after your get it approved.
